To provide fast and efficient order processing, we allow cancellations within a 2-hour window from the time of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please take action as soon as possible to ensure we can stop the processing in time.

After 2 hours, your order may already be in transit, and cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further options.

How to Cancel an Order?
Cancelling an order is simple and quick. You can initiate a cancellation request by:

Replying to your order confirmation email with a cancellation request.

Once your request is received and verified within the allowed timeframe, we will process the cancellation and confirm it via email.

Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is successfully processed within 2 hours, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note:

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days but may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order is already shipped before cancellation, you may need to follow our Returns Policy instead of cancellation.
Late Cancellation Requests
If your cancellation request is made after the 2-hour window, we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped. In such cases:

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can, however, return the item following our Returns & Refund Policy once you receive it.
If the order is still in processing, we will do our best to cancel it, but we cannot promise a successful cancellation.

Cancellation of Digital Products or Custom Orders
For digital products, custom tarpaulin solutions, or special orders, please note:

Digital Products: Once the download link has been provided, cancellations are not possible.
Custom Orders: Personalized tarpaulin orders cannot be canceled after production has started.
