Welcome to Tarpaulin Master! We keep our payment process easy and clear so you can focus on getting great tarpaulins without the stress.

When placing an order, full payment is required upfront to confirm and begin processing. This helps us keep your order on schedule and avoid delays.

We accept payments Visa, Credit Card, Debit Card, Maestro, Discover, American Express. or other payment methods shown at checkout. If you choose card payment, a small processing fee may apply. Once you’ve paid, just send us a quick confirmation or screenshot so we can verify and start your order right away.

All payments must be completed within 7 days of placing your order unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Late payments may cause delays or additional charges.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund, provided we haven’t started production yet. After that point, refunds are no longer available unless there’s an error on our side.
