When placing an order, full payment is required upfront to confirm and begin processing. This helps us keep your order on schedule and avoid delays.

Once you’ve paid, just send us a quick confirmation or screenshot so we can verify and start your order right away.
All payments must be completed within 7 days of placing your order unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Late payments may cause delays or additional charges.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund, provided we haven’t started production yet. After that point, refunds are no longer available unless there’s an error on our side.
