Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 0-1 business days.

Transit Time is 3-4 business days. (Monday to Friday)

Our cut off time for same-day dispatch is 1 PM (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed before 1 PM on a working day will be processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1 PM or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.

Currency: All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling).

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Standard delivery time: 3 – 5 business days.

Deliveries are made via trusted courier partners at the customer’s address to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Delivery Delays & Notifications

If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

Factors such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or courier delays may affect delivery timelines.

Address Accuracy & Order Tracking

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a note with further instructions or attempt re-delivery on the next business day.

If your parcel is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We may require photographs as proof to assess the issue before proceeding with a replacement or refund.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
